Title: Add a Steam Deck section to PC Info

I think it would be really interesting to see various Steam Deck stats included in PC Info for the monthly survey. If people could choose whether or not they have a Deck (or are planning on getting one), and what model they have, then the data produced would be quite a big point of interest.
