I get these weird graphical bugs with the steam client any time the steam client is running, I suspend and then resume the machine. They show up mostly when hovering over links in the store, there are also some hard to describe artifacts in other UI elements. The only way I've been able to "fix" this (other than restarting the client every time I resume from sleep) is to disable GPU accelerated web rendering (this is an nvidia RTX 2080). It occurs even in the latest beta of the client.
Has anyone else seen this?
If you have an Igp, i strongly suggest you to use it to manage the desktop and use nvidia just to run games via prime render offload.
