Hello. Recently I've been starting to test out recording gameplay videos with SimpleScreenRecorder, Audacity, and Openshot. Everything works fine with the exception that whenever I put my video into Openshot, it seems to put black borders all around it. I'm trying to make the video not have any black borders..Does anybody know how?

video you recorded is different resolution than the profile in openshot maybe?

havent used openshot for years since kdenlive has given me the features i need though.

I can't seem to get my monitor resolution (1680x1050) in OpenShot. Should I record in lower resolutions that OpenShot can identity possibly?

it should scale... 1680x1050 is 16:9 right? so it should be able to scale down to 720p i think

the other thing is that you can set the output video from SSR like it takes your 1680x1050 in but makes it to 1280x720 or what ever the 720p one is. theres option in SSR for it...
thats should probably fix the borders also
