The updated demo introduces new gameplay systems, more loot, new strategic layers to the game and ensuring each run you find new ways to play and experiment with all the meals. Some update highlights that were sent over to GamingOnLinux:

  • Cookware - forget about relics. In our game, you collect Spatulas, Goblets, and Tygs
  • Seasoning - honey, gravy, or horseradish can all enhance your dishes
  • Spices - spice mixes tied to specific ingredients
  • Book of Taliesin - letting you buy upgrades for your next run
  • Brahan Seer and his Adder Stone - revealing each Horror’s favourite foods
  • Upgradable Dishes - some meals can now be improved mid-run
  • Redesigned Nook - inspired by real events from across the British Isles
  • And many other updates, improvements, and surprises are waiting to be uncovered!

The full game and demo have Native Linux support.
