I was a bit worried when the patreon disappeared and you started saying that you couldn't take money. I'm not sure whether the reasons for that were ever publicly shared (Taxmen beating down the door? :P), but I'm glad you've got it set back up. :D
I'm not a fan of giving my details to yet another website. Any chance you'll take PayPal donations again?

A mod has updated the FAQ to suggest that Mac and Linux ports are quite likely (but not a guaranteed thing): http://steamcommunity.com/app/413150/discussions/0/405692758706993502/ [External Link]

What I used is:
* Wine 1.9.4
* A fresh win32 prefix (WINEARCH=win32)
* Winetricks to install dotnet40 and xna40
* Steamcmd to download and update Stardew Valley
To run the game, I just need to cd to the directory with the game files and run 'wine Stardew\ Valley.exe'
One quirk I've noticed, is that audio only works if it is set to use my headphones when the game launches. I think that's down to my pulseaudio configuration though.

Quoting: linuxgamerI'm not sure what you mean.Quoting: WorMzyIt's been more stable for me in wine, than it has for the girlfriend on Windows. ^_^Strange answer for GOL, and I don't mean the stabler than Windows part.

What game would you most like to see on Linux this year?

Last time I tried it, Skyrim worked great in wine. Fallout 3 however, not so much. If I had to choose one game, it would probably be Fallout 4. Any recent Bethesda games would be great though.
On a less grand scale though, I would like to see Stardew Valley ported to Linux. It runs fine in wine, but a native app would be great.

XCOM 2 patch now live for Linux & SteamOS

Now when I start the game, it tells me that my GeForce GTX 970 isn't supported. :huh:
EDIT: possibly because I'm using the 361.28 driver, but the FAQ explicitly states that higher version drivers should work [External Link].

Big dip in people buying from Steam over the previous month. I guess everyone bought what they wanted during the sale and have enough to be getting on with for now. There was a similar dip last year, but not nearly as pronounced.
I have actually upgraded my monitor from 1920x1080 to 2550x1440, and I think that's as high as I'm likely to go for the foreseeable future. I don't see the point in quadrupling your display size, then having to scale everything up to compensate. I already have to increase the zoom on some webpages.

I'm now leaving out the old/jokey left in question about what type of drivers people are using on Intel, as there's only one type.Spoilsport. :P

Quoting: GuestLinux games bought (and related) graph(s) are interesting. I guess it coincides with xcom2.Shouldn't do -- since XCOM only launched in February, that'll not show up until next month's survey.
Steam Client Beta updated, fixes issues with lots of games on newer distributions

Updated ALSA libraries in the Steam Runtime to prevent compatibility issues with newer distributionsI think this is what was causing endless-loading screen problems with Armello on Arch (unreproducible on Ubuntu 12.04). I deleted the libasound.so files from Steam's folder on Arch, and the problem went away. Hopefully this fix means I won't need to repeat this workaround in the future.
