Quoting: XpanderGreat news that they are still working on something. Hopefully they will bring Vulkan this time around as MXGP3 was pretty bad in terms of performance.

Gravel looks interesting
Yeah actually dxvk runs better but vp port* performance still acceptable and more important thing is native

*However wine port with developer support will be acceptable too

Actually most vp ports need high single thread**

**For this reason and emulators, wine d3d9 / proton implementation have my
Core i3 8350K @ 5.0ghz - 215 cinebench single thread

However i hope ryzen 7nm stay very closer to my actual single thread, if them show 200 or more in single thread will be acceptable

Update

However be carefull with some debug.log file (in my case with 20 minutes grow up to 20gbs) this file stay on /steam/bin/cef/cef.win7/

This problem must be avoided, once stay logged on steam rename libcef.dll, chrome_elf.dll and steamwebhelper.exe (previously kill steamwelhelper task, using wine taskmgr for example)

Valve has expanded the Steam Play whitelist to include DARK SOULS III and plenty more

Quoting: GuestDark Souls 1 Remastered has major game engine bugs and is basically unfixable, so probably not.
And what about Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition? I mean yes its no longer for Sale because of the Remaster but many still own it.
"Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition" works great on Proton but can not be whitelisted because of this issue: cinematics do not play.
A lot of games could be whitelisted on Steamplay if only Wine/Proton could play cinematics in WMV format.
An issue is opened on Proton github for Windows Media Player implementation:
Add .wmv file playback support to Proton. #1464
