Quoting: HadBabitsat least the reasoning is "Game X not popular enough to support linux", and not the other way 'round for once :P
Coming up next: "our game is pretty bad, you don't really want it on your superb system". ;-)

Do you have one of those or know anyone who could give a first-hand opinion? They're quite interesting and I'm seriously thinking of getting one - but while I'm often keen on niche brands, I need them to have a proved quality before I jump on the ship.

I hope they add the Linux icon soon, because I'm itching to buy it.

Stellaris patch 1.1 "Clarke" is now available, includes beta UI scaling option

I hope they "backport" UI scaling to other games (if they didn't already). Last time I tried playing CK2 or EU4 on the tv, it was a real pain.

I don't see why not. I, for one, would welcome itch.io launcher and gog galaxy "natively" on my steam machine.

Banished Linux port is pretty much complete, OpenGL performing well

Quoting: Purple Library GuySaw the headline, "Banished Linux port" and all I could think was "What?! This is an outrage! Why did they banish the Linux port?"
Yeah, that would be something new, unlike the - all too common - Vanished Linux Ports.

Company of Heroes 2: The British Forces & Ardennes Assault now on SteamOS & Linux

CoH2 DLC tree is a complete mess. Some of the DLCs are listed on the game's page and some others are not, some of the "DLCs" are in fact standalone games and they have DLCs of their own (sic!). An all of this is listed as "Company of Heroes 2" in the library. Up until yesterday I was convinced I had Company of Heroes 2 while I only had a few of the related standalone games but not the Standard Game, which only appeared (as a DLC!) in my library after I activated the key from the recent SEGA humble bundle. I admire Feral that they managed to get through this mess*, although it's a shame they left it in the same messy state afterwards. ;-)

(*) but did they, really? seems to me that 7 DLCs are still not ported (only have Windows icon): http://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=coh2 [External Link]
