It saddens me to read that the sales of Deus Ex:MD was so low that the future of the franchise is questioned - at least it's on hold for now.
Great review scores (holds a rock solid meta), great game prior to this one... What's wrong with gamers to miss this gem?
(obviously this is not something I blame Linux gamers in particular for - but gamers in general. Just to state the obvious)

You should just ignore those posts, Liam. The exact same accusations are found against pretty much every news outlet on the entire internet, regardless of area or level of professionalism. Don't feed the trolls.
That said, I do agree that you've been a tad too thin skinned in the past. That seems to have become a lot better now though, something that I personally appreciate.
But yeah - just ignore these. Rest assured that everyone out there that reaches a certain level of attention eventually will be met with those accusations. It's almost a sign of success in itself.

So this is the year of VR on Linux? Omg clear out the "anticipated" nominees and add THAT to the category at this year's GOTY, Liam!
While I agree it still needs those big titles I'm so totally buying it the instance it's out.

Quoting: EhvisYeah it was a good question, it's released for LINUX during 2016.Quoting: liamdaweThat didn't really answer the question. So Mad Max counts as 2016, since the Linux version released in 2016. Right?Quoting: EikeAs always, this is Linux release year, not general release year, right?Edit: Errr no, 2016.
All 2016 apart from "Favourite open source game", "Favourite FOSS project" and "Most anticipated game for 2017".

Quoting: ExpalphalogI have zero twitch skills and suck hardcore at FPS's and I greatly enjoyed the Metro games. There were a couple of parts that I had difficulty with but for the most part, you can play it pretty slow and methodical. This is exactly what makes those games so great, in that the play style is up to you, you can play it almost entirely stealthy and slowly progress methodically and that's fully rewarding too. There's weapons and tools for all styles.
