I would guess this game is wrapped since it have that same insane improvement percentage as the other wrapped game on that list, Witcher 2.
So who could it be if it's not VP? Who else are doing the same kind of things? Or could it be wrapped in a (distributed version of) Wine?
Either way I'm intrigued because imo this is the best of the Batman games so far.

Quoting: The CaptainYou're right, it is marketing. We're a game dev studio and we rely on people knowing about our games. But we felt like, if have to do marketing, we might as well save penguins and raise awareness for porting Linux games, while we're at it. By the way, so far we've gotten enough sales to adopt 7 penguins. ;)
Quoting: The CaptainWe're a small indie studio with an Early Access game. We rely on at least some money coming in, to keep the wheels turning. That said, we decided to donate Linux sales, to raise awareness for Linux games. Many game developers don't port their games to Linux, because they feel it's not worth it. We wanted to prove them wrong. And thanks to our Save The Penguins initiative, Linux now is our most profitable platform! Linux sales are now more than double of Windows and Mac combined – all of which is going to charity. I think that sends a good message to the Linux community and developers alike. Thanks alot for that post, Steve. This is great stuff. I've changed view - this is cool.

Quoting: Guestit's a good marketing trickThis is how I see it as well. A cheap (economically) way to gain valuable attention.

I dunno... I guess it's just me. But it becomes a bit too much. They could have done this donation after the month instead, not promoting it during the month. It becomes marketing then. A final push.

Quoting: liamdaveWhat makes you say that?It feels pushy, if you know what I mean? I'll try explain in the reply below:
Quoting: meggermanDude. Thats your conscious speaking.I guess you could say so. I'm so geared on supporting Linux releases as it is, I already feel bad for not supporting a release - any release - to our platform. When they add to that a promise of giving it to charity it just doubles that.

Very cute and I can respect the initiative, but... I kinda hate being "lured" into feeling guilty for not buying it.

Quoting: Iperpidothere are way better games on the Vive. What are the best Vive titles, in your opinion? It'd be interesting to probe for the possibility for a Linux version, when our platform is ready.
What have you been playing recently, and what do you think?

7 Days To die, in coop with a buddy. Once I got past the mediocre graphics it's a good sandbox game. Love the crafting and exploration/looting part of it, not so sure about the zombies but I guess it's needed for the tension.
It even gives me a slight hint of the epic Fallout-feel - and that's only a Good Thing.
It's still in pre release state (Early Access) but things are already quite decent. The recently added tutorial was very much needed and the promise of upcoming features that might even make it *great*.

Another week, another turn-based rpg.
... :p
I'll still buy it though. But primarily cause I want Obsidian to notice Linux.
