Quoting: GuestTried to add my system info, inputs are super limiting. 5 monitors is the max I can choose (I have 9). Resolution options are for a single monitor. OS/Distro/Dual boot options are limited. No GPU count so on and so on.yeah, super limiting because the very rare cases like you can't select their almost unique situation. come on :P

Quoting: SamsaiOkay, some pessimistic observations:I actually got excited for a moment when I saw the trailer, until it showed the unity3d icon... I think we've all had our share of unity3d kickstarter projects that get developed on windows where the devs are "really excited" about a linux build.
€100,000 goalsince the game is being developed with Unity we don't expect the porting process to be too painfulThough we're currently developing on Windowswho knows what will happen between now and releasewe will really try to launch at the same timeAt least Linux wasn't a stretch goal but I myself will steer clear of the Kickstarter, as usual.
Lets just hope this one really does make it to linux and doesnt have the performance of a 3 legged donkey on acid.

- We build the game on Windows.. for Windows. We use Windows middleware that has no linux version. We will not bullshit you and tell you we will get this working on linux, because it's just not going to happen.
Stop asking us for a linux version because we've already made it very clear we hardly know what linux is and are simply not interested in porting our game to linux.
Can't be too hard now can it ? ;)

Some of the tools we're using aren't cross platform
but once the game is ready for thorough testing and public play we're going to do our best to make sure we can support linux from the start! Is it so hard to just say the following ?

Carmageddon: Reincarnation
I'm not even interested in it anymore but yeah, it would blow my mind if they finally decide to release the damn thing as has been promised a LONG time ago.

Nvidia 375.20 stable driver released, increases OpenGL shader cache size and more
19 Nov 2016 at 4:24 pm UTC
With arch it's a simple matter of sudo pacman -S nvidia.
it's easy to create a gui solution for that to prompt installation or a new update etc.
Get the new drivers in the repo's and the problem is solved.

Quoting: AimelaI'd personally rather see the more common distros support more up-to-date GPU drivers in their repositories.This.

Quoting: koyal13I recently update on Arch to this version... but I found a lot of games where appear freezes, bad renders and some suddenly "black textures". All are old problems that we have seen in the past, but I'm discovering on games like Grid Autosport, Mad Max and many of my best games (right now I cant try Deus).Just ran some tests, no freezing here, no bad renders and no black textures. Tried with Mad max, will try with grid once installed
Very bad update for me...

We have something to say here which we've been meaning to for a while and might disappoint a couple of you.A couple of you, well that says it all now doesn't it, they don't care, there's only a couple of people missing out anyway.
Quoting: TobiSGDIn other words: Hey, we just figured that we will make more money porting this to consoles, so screw you.This.

MorphOS: MOS >= 3.6, Gfx card supporting TinyGL 3D acceleration
