Stay away from this.

Linux as a stretch goal and no promise of day one release usually means huge delay or no linux version at all

Unity3d FPS games on linux usually means very poor performance

QuoteIt's something we're exploring, but the main problem is that none of our team members run Linux

This should make it clear to anyone they don't care about a linux version and will just compile one when they finally feel like it. It will run like shit ofcourse, because no one can be bothered to optimize, they don't even run linux.

Turns out Blitzkrieg 3 won't come to Linux as soon as I hoped

Could the low numbers have anything to do with the "great" performance of unity3d games on linux ?

nah, probably not

Steam Controller updated, you can name it, take configs with you, adjust the light & bleep and more

I can't install the update on my system, steam keeps crashing.. it hangs on installing firmware update, then simply crashes and steam refuses to detect the steam controller until I reboot my system :P

Arch linux btw

This is beyond pathetic.. what's next ?

Let's take a wild guess:

The port get's released, it's filled with bugs and has low performance, even more people will piss on Larian than is the case now. Sales numbers will be terrible.. Larian will anounce not to do linux ports again...sigh

Quoting: aristoriasThere is no real reason for nvidia holding a monopoly but they know how to make braindead gamers buy their stuff exclusively. And whats currently happening? Everybody buys nvidia. Great, this helps.

There is a very good reason for Nvidia holding a monopoly, it's called delivering performance.
How can AMD break this monopoly ? easy, deliver performance.

I'm not paying 400+ euros to a company that has all the right principles and ideals but constantly fails at delivering performance, I don't pay for ideals, I pay for performance.

But hey, call me braindead.. at least I'll be able to play games at 60 fps or heck... at all even.

As for the game itself: instant buy
