Still rocking a NCASE M1 classic. Specs allow for two 3.25 drives. Depending on the height of the graphics card, a third can be rest on the bottom of the case lightly secured. Air flow might not be the best with the 3rd drive. Not a big issue with it being a HTPC, server, and light gaming coming in third. Nebula Mini ITX is a non option since it does not support high capacity 3.5 drives.

Lost me at the 16:9 screen resolution. That really needs to become extinct on laptops. Even for watching movies, extra space is great for displaying controls so actions like pause do not interfere with content viewing.

Will not buy a 16:9 resolution screen anymore. Only downside to the specs. There is no clear statement of the USB-C generation version.
Ditching the USB 2.0 and replacing it with USB-C so that both sides of the laptop are balanced would be better. Even the big companies seem to design unbalanced USB ports. Often two USB-C on the same side with one or two USB-A on the other.

I picked this up for two reason. 1) High likely it can run a Linux distro. 2) Has the ability to fallback to Android. Need to replace existing that is no longer being supported by the manufacturer. This industry really needs a solid Linux phone that will have long term security updates. 2-3 year only security updates is just a lot of e-waste. Current phone works 100% but no more security = bad.
