Quoting: NezchanI liked Pan-Pan, but there were some spots that weren't clear enough, both in terms of what you're supposed to do/where you're supposed to go, and how well you can see some stuff. But if you're prepared for that, it's a good game.
I feel intimidated now. According to howlongtobeat.com, it should take two, maximum three hours. I played one hour and solved half a puzzle and haven't got a clue about the others...

GTA: San Andreas is being remade (unofficially) in Unity and it supports Linux

Quoting: commodore256You picked the wrong engine, fool!

Unity=Proprietary garbage
MIT=GPL Compatible
GPL=You can sell non-libre games as long as all of the code is libre.

License conflict. OpenMW isn't dependent on proprietary middleware. So if somebody makes a game using OpenMW with no Morrowind assets, they can sell it. Not the case with unity.
Erm... no. Either they can sue you for rebuilding their stuff (which I, unlike others here, wouldn't rule out) or they can't. Either way it's got nothing to do with the licence of the engine they're using to do so.

I hate it how every article about FIFA always shows the cool closeups, but never how the actual gameplay looks...

Fluid Simulation is one of the most mesmerising things I've seen in a while

Quoting: GuestOh this is awesome.
I mean, not much more to say other than that. It's just awesome. Everyone try. Now.
Thanks for nudging, on first skimming, I didn't realize I can watch it just now.

(Besides the beauty: What computers nowadays can do in real time is simply amazing. I still remember how my father computed a black and white fractal over several weeks on my first computer... :D )

Quoting: ZombieBarricadesWhy do people like you feel the need to correct other peoples Grammar and/or spelling?
To potentially improve it?

I wonder how hard it seems to be to simply ignore such a correction if one doesn't care to be corrected.

Quoting: Whitewolfe80I doubt it since no money is changing hands for the keys and the deal will likely of been made with codemasters but a question to ask fereal perhaps
They can't give away Feral's work for free, so somehow, money must change hands. I wonder if the amount depends on the number of keys handed out.

Quoting: kuhpunktWhy insult somebody that helps you? People should know the difference between "of" and "have." They aren't interchangable. Why are people so allergic to that?
I agree with you, but I think "Clippy" would have been a nice one. (He even got a full name in the German version, "Karl Klammer". *moan*)

Thanks, I'm prepared now. :)

Quoting: NezchanI'm not familiar with Fire, and I'm not seeing it on Steam. Anywhere I can check it out?
You'll find it here [External Link].

It's, hmm, nice, but it feels more suitable for children, to be honest.
Though with my very limited time it's nice that it has got only small seperated levels, so you can play a single one in say 15 minutes and get to the next one another time.
