Quoting: sbolokanovA pure 64bit system over here. And I hope you can accept my unwillingness to bloat my system (performance wise, and other effects also) for that one tool.
Your unwillingness is yours to keep, but I'm not aware of any performance or other issues except a minuscule additional disc usage.

A mediocre game from a thousand years ago, out now soon on Linux!

... but if the sales are low, we'll never make anything for Linux again!

It's great to watch some games continually being expanded. I wonder though if I now bought Terraria, if I wouldn't be overwhelmed by content (others got step by step)...

Quoting: subDoesn't sound it's using the Stadia infrastructure.
It even supports offline gaming.
Ah. I thought they're all running on Stadia as well.

General remarks:
I do think Stadia might help us.
While not every Linux port will make it to the shops (DOOM, I'm looking at you, and angrily that is!), more game developers with Linux knowledge is a good thing for us.

The E3 2019 Linux gaming round-up

Since Stadia will work on Linux and it's powered by Linux, here's what is newly announced for it:
[...]
Uplay+ - an extra subscription service, with access to 100+ games.
This does mean the games do not need to run natively on Linux.

I had similar feeling for Desperados, but found I just couldn't play it anymore, be it only for non-interruptible walking scenes...

Quoting: timgarbosDeveloper here. Totally get your concerns, but we are not trying to keep anything secret. Of course, we care about our backers and that's why we tell them the news before the general public. The news will be more public and is already publicly being discussed on our Discord.

Anyways, thanks for keeping up to date. I'll let you know once we have Linux news.
So we figure the Linux version will be released after the exclusivity expires?

*edit * Having a Linux version outside of Epic store, but no Windows version would be... interesting. :)
