The game is just great, as all their games, and it runs flawlessly on Linux on day one. They deserve our money.

Quoting: toorNote that if you buy it from the humble bundle widget on their website, you get both the DRM-free version and steam keys, and a copy of Human resource machine.
You also get Human Resource Machine when buying on Steam. As I already had it, I got a Steam gift lying around now. Anybody wants it? (Restricted to accounts already existing yesterday.)

I'd rather shoot myself in the foot and would probably gain more from the pain than from playing this ... "game".

I do understanding doing something hard and thus being so proud when having beaten it. I just need some advancement, I guess. And new obstacles, not the same over and over again. My example would be Portal Stories: MEL in hard mode. Man, how I was hating it - and loved to beat it! But starting from beginning every time sounds too frustrating for me. (Although it was the only thing we had back in the 80ies... ;) )

Installing a package that should be called "libxcursor1 [External Link]" might help?

EXAPUNKS from Zachtronics is now out in Early Access
13 Aug 2018 at 10:13 am UTC

Quoting: tuubiThe only sane decision is to wait until a game is finished before you pay for it. I do realise Zachtronics is a safe bet, but paying for an unfinished product seems a bit counterproductive.
I'm not bold kind of person, but this bet would be safe enough for me. :)

Quoting: buenaventuraI wonder if it is worth getting now or if I should wait for it to finish early access?
I think they're using early access as a kind of beta phase. It seems it's working quite well already, so I'd expect a release soon. Whatever that means for your decision.

Never knew my country had a games industry.
Well , even an indie one.
Now I needed to find out, and... they're from Transilvania (Romania). How cool is that?!? :-D

The next Linux patch for Civilization VI will be out soon with cross-platform online play

Quoting: slaapliedjeFound out why it's broken on my system. Apparently it depends upon libssl1.0.0 and Debian Sid is now running with libssl1.0.2 (and most things are using libssl1.1.0)

Hopefully they address this in the patch.
