Its around 14-16 FPS on my 770(outside). Lowering the resolution and other settings don't really help. My advice it is to wait with your purchase.

I'm surprised to see that people had/have issues with that port. It was running great on my end since day one. (770, proprietary beta). Hope they gonna fix it soon for you guys.

I think it's also worth noting that even if that's the case, it's the first time anyone can play 2033 on Linux.
Ue4 have both 3.2 and 4.X render. As far as i know only 3.2 works On OS drivers.
