Valve appear to be banning games with AI art on Steam (updated)

The recent news about AI generated images getting worse as previous AI generated images end up in the training data shows that it is still far closer to copying than actual creativity.
An intelligent artist improves by referencing their own work, not degrades.

This comment was written by someone who is generally annoyed at everything AI hype related, because it often lacks in quality, removes human essence (in most cases, it can be used as a tool for creativity but more often is used as a replacement), puts people out of jobs, infeinges on rights, has the conpanies providing access to it infringe on rights, etc.

Quoting: MexicanDandyJust bought yesterday and played for a bit because I was very tired of being in front a monitor because I work at home office.

So far, I love the aesthetic and soundtrack of the game, the combat feels kinda simple buts that's not bad, is very likely to Pokemon but with two characters at the same time.

I can't wait for the weekend so I can finally play it as it deserves
I have played for a few hours now and the combat feels more complex than Pokemon. That might just be not knowing the types and such, but well.
One thing I really like is stat changes slowly wearing off.

Paradox announce Cities: Skylines 2, plus a The Sims-like game and more

When playing the frist one I always think that they should just redo everything.
The DLCs are just squeezing what is left to be squuezed out of the old core.

Let's hope that this new one is more flexible and the busses don't stop in the middle of the stop.

Also still hoping for multiplayer, but that seems far-fetched.

Quoting: denyasisI'm kinda curious if the use case for systems like this? Without a dedicated GPU, gaming seems like a stretch? But its way overkill for streaming? Non/lite-gaming desktop use maybe?

Quoting: gaboverstaOnce again it's time for my favourite game: Configuring systems I won't buy.
Also great to see continued preinstall efforts.
So what would you use it for? I'm genuinely curious ( I appear to be lacking in the creativity department today)
I wouldn't use it, that's why I wouldn't buy it. I just enjoy clicking on the high end options and seeing the price go up.
That said, when I was an office clerk this would have been awesome to have.
