If this is like the retarded thousands of services where you pay a high price to rent a movie but you're actually streaming it from their website and it's filled with 100 DRM protection that will stop you from watching what you paid for, and if it's region locked so that the US and the UK have tons of content and the rest of the world nothing, forget it. Unless it's different from all the existing VOD services already available I don't see the point.
At least with Netflix you don't have to pay an over expensive price to rent a movie.

Sadly it's broken on an AZERTY layout, remapping is possible in the game but it doesn't work right now. I hope they fix it soon, because having to switch the keyboard layout every time I want to play the game is annoying.
Good news the game is going to have mod support, so there will probably be more maps done by the community.

Valve shoots down Itch stores attempt to get their client on Steam

Valve is silent most of the time and when they are not they are totally confusing. Gabe Newell said that it would accept other stores on SteamOS :
What part is proprietary? We're trying to make it as open as possible. If EA wants to put Origin on it, that would be fine, etc... (trying to pick an example of something that people think we would prohibit). It doesn't make any sense now that they would not accept it, and the reason do not tell us clearly if they would accept it in the future or not.

What's the point? Why don't they let people choose? There has to be a reason or else this is stupid but I can't find it.
The Itch app is aiming to get on Steam through Greenlight, lots of free press for them

Sometime ago Gabe Newell did say that it would approve other stores to be added to SteamOS, I hope it will give idea to others like GOG which has still to release their client for Linux.
But this video is totally ridiculous :P

Braid is a bad example, back then it was probably a lot more expensive to port a game to Linux, now there is a lot of developers out there with that skill so it's probably cheaper. Also most (almost all) Linux gamers bought Braid while it was on the Humble Indie Bundle 2 and if you already had the first bundle this was the main reason to get this one. This bundle made $365,000 from Linux sales and so maybe they didn't get all that money in the end, because they had to share it with charities and other developers but it's show that Linux gamers put a lot of money towards this game.

Don't be like that, they just haven't uploaded the SteamOS build yet. We won't have Day-1 release for all our game. They probably remove the SteamOS mentions so that Linux people don't buy the game now but only after Linux release as to avoid messing up the numbers.
Also they did add the Linux depot as the same time they added the Windows one, yesterday (SteamDB [External Link]. It was no mistake, they just haven't uploaded the the Linux build yet.

GMT is GMT and it always is in sync with UTC. If they meant UTC+1 they would have said GMT+1 or BST.
