For me it depends what they port :). But to steam machines to be successful it needs help from big developers like EA, Ubisoft ore Blizzard because many still buy they're games.

I use nvidia open source drivers on my laptop because with property drivers I got black screen :(. But they are working good on my primary gaming PC.

At GOG [External Link] two worlds is also listen so there are DRM free versions of the game, so if you don't like Steam including that DRM (although think about the fact the Steam is a sort of DRM) then you can always go to GOG.

I am not big DRM-free fan myself, but I have some standards when I draw a line one of them was SecuROM and now I read some reviews on steam and it seams like this will be my second case when I will not accept DRM if it will be brought to Linux version

It's not the medias responsibility to feed the developers with customers or protect them from poor sales. It's the developers responsibility to do the right thing, and medias responsibility to say so when they don't.

That said, people should really stop caring much about the user "reviews". That's the real issue here - people (and therefore, devs/publishers) tend to put a lot more into those amateur posts than really there are any reason to do.

I think developer at this point could just do nothing because this is second game all who bought first one like me new what are they into. I think they just freak out because it was the first review and for most part reviewer told truth. Because this is casualized kings bounty without a lot of strategy (not that kings bounty had a lot more of it)
