Honestly I found that game quite disappointing. The most irritating stuff was definitely the pathfinding which looks soooooo 90s era. Even AoE 2 did better on that point.

Dawn of War III likely to get no more major updates as it hasn't sold well

Frankly I found the various campaigns of DoW 2 to be far better than the one of DoW 3. The second episode is clearly real time tactic (just like CoH actually, except that you don't have anything to build) but the third one is some kind of undepictable stuff, quite boring...

Sad to see Aspyr so long to deliver updates. Looks like they gave up Linux. On the other hand Feral rocks, but having another porter would be great.

Thank you Feral for such a great support. Now it's true that the game by itself is somewhat disappointing... but it is not due to the Feral port.

F1 2017 released for Linux as Feral Interactive’s first Vulkan-only title, here’s a port report

For me w/ nvidia blob 375.82 did not encounter any issue. There's only one thing I regret from F1 2015 : the ability to play a quick race. Otherwise everything is fine.

I must notice, but it might be driver-related, that circuits are much less beautiful than in Forza 7.

Quoting: Eike
Quoting: scaineI would strongly recommend installing newer drivers (384.90), using NVIDIA's own installer if necessary. We have known issues on older drivers.
You've got to be joking, right? Installing drivers... from a website? Not having to deal with that, ever, is one of Linux's greatest joys.
I share this view, and in your situation, I wouls install driver 384.90.2 from Debian experimental.
Okay if I have any issue I install the drivers from experimental.

A bit scared about Vulkan, as Debian only features driver 375.82. Anyway bought the game from Feral Store as their other ports were awesome.

Bought it. The interesting additions are the silicon valley area for offices, and some new building like the new solar power plant. But well, it's definitely not the best add-on, natural disasters for example was far better. (But I've never been fond of Mass Transit).
