Quoting: Jeeves-2with USB 4 being possible with zen 4 and above, and the announcement of USB 4 2.0 doubling the bandwidth of PCIe tunneling, the dock for a deck 2 could be an absolute unit with either an egpu to boost performance on external displays with higher resolution, or a nvme slot for storing games you only play while plugged in
I like this concept/idea of fitting a successor with a really high-speed port and a docking station with an eGPU (or eGPU support) and a really fast nvme drive. As a handheld the Steam Deck already offers a near perfect experience, the possibility to beef it (storage space + graphics power) up while docked puts it in a place to potentially replace a desktop machine.

Why is the Autumn Sale so near to the Winter Sale (only 1 month apart)?
In my opinion the Autumn Sale would be better situated in September - maybe it could swap places with the SHMUP Fest?
Just my two cents.

Could it be that with “larger audience of PC players” they just mean that more gamers are playing on Windows?
As in “of the two audiences of PC players (Linux + Windows) the one that uses Windows is larger”?

I may point you to the fact that English is not my native language, so I could be mistaken.

No, it does not.
In case Yves Guillemot is reading this, I base my opinion on EA’s [External Link] 180 [External Link] on [External Link] live services [External Link].
I would say EA is Ubisoft’s main competitor.

Quoting: Yves Guillemot[…]in the context of worsening economic conditions affecting consumer spending
While energy prices and inflation certainly aren’t helping, I think the anti-consumerism that tends to drive Ubisoft’s decisions is the main factor of fading customers/declining sales.

No, it does not.

Paradox Interactive will be increasing game prices across a bunch of currencies

I’m always interested in the paradox games, but as soon as I see the prices for the ‘complete’ game my interest just vanishes into thin air.

Now that they increase the prices…

Quoting: CatKillerI wonder if (although I'm pretty sure the answer is no) the game will go through the Deck verification process again so that it's the Linux version that gets deployed on the Steam Deck. Still, the developers can ask for that to happen.
I thought you could always force the native version by choosing “Linux Runtime” in the compatibility tools?
