Not sure I trust the integrity but I'll wait for a green one.

A fully transparent Steam Deck mod is on the way

I'd go for a transparent forest green case personally.
While I'd rather avoid JSAUX's heat sink addition I do find I'm not too eager to try Extremerate's either since I had a green joycon shell from them that took only a month to fall apart completely so I'm not sure I'd trust one for a whole machine.
Hopefully more options than these two start popping up eventually.

System76 tease the new Launch Heavy keyboard

Personally I just don't feel right without a numpad.

I like how customizable this is and it's usb hub ports.
I carry an old Mac keyboard for various things just for the usb hub and range of keys.
This would make a nice replacement.
Especially if it pairs well with the steam deck.
If only it could pass power through it too but that might be outside it'a scope.

I'd lkke it in black also.

Them's Fightin' Herds gets cross-play between Steam and Consoles

I have the switch version as well and with that and my PC copy I can join a lobby twice which should be good for training new players locally for introducing them to online matches or try playing the semi co-op mode in the lobbies with a local friend.

Highly suggest the game as it has a lot of depth once you get past the cutesy graphics and the one of the best lobby systems in any fighting game.

The Linux version on Steam Deck does have some FPS drops during Pom's super move and especially Pom mirror matches.
Tested it in proton and it does the same thing, strange Steam Deck should have more than enough power for it.
Likely something that can be fixed in an update later.

Steam drops the Lunar New Year Sale, we're getting a big Spring sale instead

I hope they still release some lunar new year items and some smaller sales perhaps.
Be a real shame not to have the animal in a blanket stickers every year.

dbrand reveal the full details of Project Killswitch for Steam Deck

Dbrand expensive and sketchy or atleast odd PR.
Dunno about their products but I can say I'm not interested for those two reasons alone.
As for the uproar, something feels off about it to me and I think this is all according to plan.
It certainly is getting them attention isn't it?

Personally I'd rather give my money to these garage makers in the community.
Especially the open source ones.
