We all agree that a very civilised and appropriate answer to that pushback is "yeah frack that. It's your turn to get bent, learn to enjoy it lubeless like we had to do.", right ?
Right ?
Right ?
The MechLock wall mount for Steam Deck looks ridiculously slick

Weird, you seem to have confused slick for bulkier when comparing it to the deckmate
It's nice to see that they've integrated the usb port into it but having just run in a problem with my ds4 controller induced by the fact that when you connect it to a usb cable, it put all the weight of the controller on the connector and damage it should you put the controller down on a flat surface, i'm not sure about having to connect the SD then move it to lock it into the mount.
It is however, quite nice that this mount allow for different cases like the jsaux one though.

Valve ban advertising-based business models on Steam, no forced adverts like in mobile games

If Valve banned kernel-level anti-cheat, some of the most popular and most-lucrative games on Steam would go to the Epic Store, terrible business move that will never happen. And that's why it should be the role of governements to ban them. Let's be real, all that's happening online might be called the Computer Realm and labaled as the new Far West to elected official to make them understand that some stuff need regulations. But well, counter espionage kind of like their kernel level program so i guess it ain't hapening soon.

Another "he said/she said" situation, with nobody showing any proof of anything.
Since we still live in a world where it's innocent until proven guilty and the accused seems to not even know the problem and his apologizing for not even understanding what's happening, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
It would go a long way if when one say "we've found stuff" to actually show the stuff to all. Without that, it just feel like a personal grudge and an ego trip since we're supposed to believe anybody at face value when stumbling upon drama like that.
Anyway, it's not like i really care about this, but it just gives a middle school vibe to the whole community that it could really go without.

The map created during the map creation part of the trailer is litteraly the first map of the free mission from advance wars.
There's also another early map of AW shown after that. It's gonna be weird if nintendo do not shut down this one.
Anyway, i'll pass, i stillhave wargroove 1 to play and both the second one and Athena Crisis in my wishlist to buy and play first.

Coromon: Rogue Planet blends creature-collecting with a rogue-lite twist

Dammit this is disapointing as hell. Coromon had one really good overworld and was fun to explore, going the easy way of random generation to create content removes half of what made it one of the best pokemon like experience (best in my opinion as pixel sprites are not outdone by any other i've seen and not making it looks like a random unity glued asset project).
And proper postgame was awaited by all for Coromon.
