Of course you are allowed to crumble. The petition aims at getting you to make plans in advance what will happen to the game and the code if it really comes to that.

I had a lot of fun playing through Pharao a couple years ago, so I might need to give this a try.
Heretic + Hexen get a definitive re-release with new content from id Software and Nightdive Studios

I could do another Heretic playthrough... the last one was almost three years ago. :grin:

Hopefully they'll do remasters of Heretic 2 and Hexen 2, too.

I haven't bought an EA game since BFBC2 (and I am still pissed that they shut down the servers for that), but I would have tried BF6 just to take a look at the editor implementation and have a little fun with that. But I guess they'll just have to stay on my blacklist...

... and I can now finally be part of those 3% after having installed Linux on my new computer instead of using it in a VM like I did for the last 20 years. Well, that is, once Valve asks me to participate in the survey again. :grin:
