Mantis Burn Racing needs more support if it is to come to Linux
9 Nov 2017 at 3:46 pm UTC

Quoting: pbI bought Little Racers STREET at launch and had proper fun with it (worked fine back then, I haven't tested it recently). Mantis Burn Racing looks just as fun, but not at this price and not with that attitude.
Bought Little Racers STREET last halloween sales, I don't remember why but it didn't work.
I was drunk af and didn't have nerves to fix it so I refunded.

What comes to Mantis Burn Racing developers, that attitude is kind of funny if in reality we are speaking developer studio what has 5 (shitty selling) games on steam, totalling 384 positive and 242 negative reviews (~59% positive ratio).

No Man's Sky has been shown to work rather well in Wine on Linux
17 Aug 2016 at 2:23 pm UTC

Quoting: dillyLooking on the wiki page list of games made with that engine there are some games that have been ported (like Bound by Flame):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhyreEngine [External Link]

So... it's not impossible. :]
All Spiders games are produced and developed using the company's own modified version of Sony's PhyreEngine, called the "Silk Engine".

No Man's Sky has been shown to work rather well in Wine on Linux

Yeah, it runs good on wine and even free demo edition (pirated) works fine.
To ppl who is even thinking about linux version, no, there is NOT going to be native linux version because game uses phyreengine.
Only "hope" is wrapper-port but I wouldn't keep my breath while waiting...

Planet Nomads looks incredible and it's officially coming to Linux this month
16 Aug 2016 at 6:54 am UTC

Because of no mans sky is using phyreengine and can't be ported to linux by devs who created that game AND it is slacking in actual content, I'm pretty happy to see this kind of game to come.
