Quoting: yar4eIn case they'll not port it to Linux we have WINE + DXVK ;)
Yes, but we should only pay if the hard work is made by the developer...
No, you should pay if you play it.
I might get lots of hate, but I don't think that developers want my money if they don't offer version for my operating system.
Solution: Don't play it.
I do play some of those, I just don't pay. If we are so small minority that they don't bother to deliver their games for us, they shouldn't bother if they don't get money from us.

Feral Interactive have no plans to put their Linux ports on GOG

Quoting: ShmerlHardcore crowd are ones that take said DRM and break it to make DRM-free torrent releases.
What comes to game piracy, p2p groups cracks only a fraction of all games. Cracked games are almost always cracked by warez scene groups and are shared originally only in their own "services" like highly secured ftp's etc.
What I'm saying, usually those who cracks drm from said games, doesn't make any torrent releases. Torrent releases are more like leaks from scene and that also means that not all scene cracked games comes to torrent.

Because of this feral/drm topic, is there ppl who has F1 2017 and/or Rise of the Tomb Raider bought+installed on steam and willing to help littlebit?
I would appreciate if someone could run binwalk on one or both mentioned titles binary and paste output to pastebin.

CRYENGINE to get improved Linux support
15 Jan 2018 at 9:11 pm UTC

Zero hopes for any CRYENGINE games on linux. Crossplatform support for engines doesn't matter, there is shit tons of devs who uses those engines and doesn't even try to support anything else than windows and maybe consoles...
