Prey 2006 and quake 4 has native ports, but I cannot confirm that are on steam.
I have Prey and the last time I tried (about a year ago) I had no problems.
And Quake 4 I tried the demo some years ago and run ok also.

Sorry for not being able to update mine for many years. Hope this year can get a decent (with decent price) gpu or/and steamdeck.

Good, great game. But it neets more tux animators, less fat guests and guests with proper names.
Probably I'm biased for the rct art.
Keep the good work.

Boatswain is a new Stream Deck compatible app for Linux

For a moment I read "steam deck". I thought that someone had created a sc-controller app for the deck.
Anyone know if there is (or someone is working) on a steam deck controller kernel module?

CD Projekt RED 'working closely with Valve' as The Witcher 3 is Steam Deck Verified

It's a native port or it has only minor changes to put the banner of "Steam deck verified"?

Even Xbox Game Studios are talking about Steam Deck compatibility

Needs to add Psychonauts (native) and always confuse me Prey if its the first or second.
The first pray it's native, the second not (all are good games but unrelated).
And Halo MCC it works (apart of online).

PipeWire is the future for Linux audio and I am sold on it

I'hve been using pipewiere on arch for some time now (probably a year), and I have no problems. The transition from PulseAudio to pipewire was seamless, with (almost) no issue. I'm happy with it, even I don't use the advance features.

ELDEN RING is out and Verified for Steam Deck

Probably it's a different version. On linux we have the "windows" version, and on deck "the deck optimized" version.
I remember that on a video they said that you can have optimized versions for deck for things like reduction of the textures to fit better on the small memory. But also probably the "optimized versions" can have more changes, like "no anti-cheat"?

Or probably on steamdeck they can have a different script that says run directly that exe.

The games I have that I'm sure are working are:
https://www.protondb.com/app/429660 [External Link] (Tales of Berseria)
https://www.protondb.com/app/464920 [External Link] (Surviving mars)
The others I haven't tested yet.
"Valve is still working on adding support for this game on Steam Deck": Probably it doesn't work with the resume feature?
"This game's anti-cheat is not configured to support Steam Deck": No anti cheat.
"This game is unsupported on Steam Deck due to use of an unsupported anti-cheat": No anti cheat.
"Steam Deck does not support VR games": No vr
"Games that fail to start at all": It starts with proton or native. If it's the case, they screw it all.

Unsupported? This has more sense than on spanish "No compatibles" (no compatible), as many of these games works on my linux, even some are native.
