Maximum Sales for a $9.99 Game x 1,300,000 = $12,987,000 if 100% of Linux users who login this month buy a game.

If only 1% of those Linux users buy the game the developer still makes (12987000×0.01) $129,870.00

I've been dying for a Linux Racer all year long, my point is whatever racer comes to Linux stands to make at least $130,000 to $1,000,000 just by being the first to penetrate the market.

Money talks, pass these statistics on to developers considering Linux.

(Games that appear first in a market in their genre also entrench the users in their franchise, so the opportunity for success and gennerating Google Page Rank from blog sites like GamingOnLinux is really effective at increasing sales and backlinks on the internet.)
