Tempting! I like the real leather ones - is that true, is it real leather?
Well, we've got to be lucky and get one, first. Did they add a note on when exactly the sale goes live? I guess you have to be there within minutes to get one.

Bazzite Linux 44 lands for desktop gamers and it's a big release

How is everyday life with bazzite? I installed it on one of my kids' laptop (Thinkpad X260) and it my first impressions were quite nice. I wonder if this could be a good daily driver. I really don´t have any experience with immutable systems, though.

This would make so much sense. It works unbelievably well already. I dont even own a retro handheld with a snapdragon kit (mine has a mali chip and was way cheaper), and even with that it is astounding what you can play on it with some cobbled-up settings on GameNative. The ones with the snapdragons... they just run. ARM is so power efficient, its fantastic.
So yeah - i have no doubt the next Steam Deck will be ARM based.

Thank you, will do exactly that! :) I just know some books, solaris for example, and there is a brilliant german adaptation [External Link] of the Star Diaries (the guy filmed the first ones in his berlin apartment, and you can see it). Okay, Cyberiad will be directly after The Invincible. :)

This would be so nice to have, i will try this out. There are a lot of great tools out there, but in the heat of the moment, i often struggle to find the correct settings.

A late question to those who played and have read The Invincible: should i read the novel first? I am in the first hours of that game (thanks to your recommendations) and its absolutely great so far. But it made me wonder if i should read the book first.

Just a heads up on availability: yesterday i noticed that they had some steam decks in their refurbished section available here in germany (so i guess its for all the EU area).
I was unlucky, and i tried over an hour to get one, but checkout failed (probably because someone else was faster every time!). Keep an eye out if you want one, perhaps there will be another batch coming and you are luckier than me. I want an OLED...
