Quoting: BarbariandudeThe patch does also have many other fixes though, including changes to be in sync with the Windows updates [External Link].
Looking at your link it would seem the patch is only for people with War of the Chosen & the rest of us stay as we are, unless I'm misreading it.

Update: I asked about the patch on the steam forum & Feral clarified that it is only for people who have the War of the Chosen DLC.

I'm on the "no patch yet" list as well, perhaps it's been staggered so the servers don't crash?

First Microsoft started working with Canonical to get parts of Ubuntu running inside Windows, now they're looking to buy Valve? Windows is obviously on borrowed time & they know it, what better way to secure their future than by taking over a competing OS & incorporating it into Windows?

Have you checked the second hand market? Here in Norway the Vive sets are really starting to get down to a fairly OK level now. The required upgrade of the PC will be far more expensive than the VR kit itself.
As it happens, no I haven't, I will do though, I'll be happy to be proven wrong. :D

Actually as a dual booter myself I always choose Linux when asked which platform I'd most likely play a game on.
