HITMAN - Game of the Year Edition is out, with same-day Linux support

I'm not sure if it's a bug or if I already have the new missions, Steam is a bit confused at the moment & I can play them while offline.

edit:
Ok it's a bug, I'm not the only one who can play them offline either, someone needs to get on this asap.

Quoting: MblackwellYou suggested Steam, but it seems the Steam releases don't give you a CD Key and all of the original binaries require one. I hope the same is not true of source ports.
Steam does actually provide a key it's just you have to be in Windows or Wine to see it. Not very helpful to those who don't have either.

Low on cash? Here's a look at some Linux games currently on sale

Quoting: stretch611It hasn't been mentioned in a while, so I might as well say that the Steam Halloween sale has started. =)

Also, Guns of Icarus online is FREE in the Humble Store [External Link]. (Which is also having a Halloween Sale)

GOG is also having a Halloween sale. They also have a few more titles that you can add to gog through GOG Connect [External Link]. (mostly horror type games, not all linux, but it did grab 2 more into my account.)
You beat me to it, Gog connect gave me another 13 games for their list, not a bad deal seeing as I've never spent a single penny on there.

I'm glad they decided not to leave the game as the cliffhanger it was, especially when there's a big question mark over whether there's even going to be a Season Two.

I wish they'd port Source Filmmaker to Linux.

My memory isn't what it used to be, what exactly did IGN do to upset so many people? oh & a Google search brings up nothing.

The open source recreation of Daggerfall hits an important milestone

Quoting: fractalDoes it carry over the gamebreaking bugs? It's not a true Daggerfall experience if you're able to play it.
I arrived relatively late to the Elder Scrolls Universe, the first one I played was Oblivion, then Morrowind & finally Skyrim, I've never tried Daggerfall or the first one.
