I haven't had a chance to try the first game yet, but from the video it looks a lot like Gratuitous Space Battles or Space Pirates & Zombies.

It's because of a land down under, where women glow and men plunder.
Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder?
You better run, you better take cover.

hehehe love that song. :D

Open source gamepad config tool 'SC Controller' has a pre-release to support more gamepads

Quoting: Sir_DiealotExactly, xboxdrv is hell to set up. The stock kernel driver (xpad) is simpler, but doesn't work correctly with most games. The modified one by steam (steamos-xpad) seems to work better. And it gets a hell of a lot more complicated with wine games.
Why do gamepads have to be such a pain in the ass?
If it wasn't a challenge on Linux people wouldn't want to use it. ;)

Talking about the term "piracy."
Ah misread it, just call it theft.
Then you have people who argue it's not theft because the people you "steal" digital files from still have them.
True but theft & piracy has always been about stealing physical objects, digital files don't exist in the physical world so can't actually be stolen.

It's all to do with the maps & where they were invented, North is always at the top of the page & South is always at the bottom.

The best way to make sure they keep supporting Linux gamers is to buy the bundles that have Linux games, until or if they actually do something to remove that support of course. If we show that we financially support them no matter who owns the company hopefully they'll keep supporting us with new bundles of Linux games.

If the Linux support goes away I'll join the rest of you with the flaming torches & pitchforks, but not before that happens.

I wouldn't say it's inspired by games "LIKE" Dungeon Keeper, I would say it's directly inspired by Dungeon Keeper.

The open source recreation of Daggerfall hits an important milestone

Is it open source? is not open source? I don't care either way, to me the important thing is if it works or not in Linux.
