I've added it to my wishlist on Steam, looks like a fun game & the music on the trailer sounds pretty cool too. :D

It's not like you can use the DLC on it's own, they're just being a bit silly thinking people will steal it without first stealing the main game, I mean if they're that worried about people stealing it they might as well remove the base game from sale as well.
