hmm... anyone getting this [External Link] or this [External Link] error, or know how to fix it? And it segfaults when I press play from the main menu.

Completed it, and highly recommend it. After the initial figuring out how to get it to start, it was great! I did have a lighting issue though, but to fix it all I had to do was to crank the SSAO up (and no problems after doing that?).

Quoting: HamishGrim Fandango Remastered lists a DRM free download from Humble under Platforms, but also says the following right above the Summary text:
Grim Fandango Remastered is provided via Steam Key. For key redemption, a free Steam account is required to play.
https://www.humblebundle.com/store/p/grimfandango_storefront [External Link]

So which am I supposed to believe here? Can anybody confirm?
Yeah, it's DRM free too (downloading right now). The wording could be a bit better :P

GOL Asks: What have you been playing recently?
9 Jan 2016 at 9:09 pm UTC

Mostly the Quake games :P

Co-op games I am playing are the Quakes and Victor Vran.

All the games I am playing for single player are Shadowrun Hong Kong and Divinity Original Sin... on and off, and just got Quake 4 installed natively, so probably that too after I am done with Quake 2.

Quoting: SamsaiThere are ways to download the data from Steam using a tool called steamcmd or simply by running Steam in Wine. Alternatively you can download the installer from GOG and use innoextract to essentially unzip the contents into a nice directory. All you have to do then is to tell OpenMW where the data files are (it has a setup wizard).
Another way of downloading a Windows game using Linux would be to use this python script [External Link]. No Wine required, it downloads Windows game data using the Steam Linux client.

Or you could just to it manually and make a file called "appmanifest_APPID.acf" in your "steamapps" folder. Insert this text into the newly created acf file and start up Steam. It will automatically start downloading it.

"AppState"
{
"AppID" "APPID"
"Universe" "1"
"StateFlags" "1026"
}

*replace all "APPID"'s with the game ID that can easily be found on SteamDB (when it is back up though :P )

Edit: a few screenshots of the ease of use :P
