GOL Cast: Fighting A Desperate Battle in AI War

I'm a good 3-4 hours into my first "real" game (i.e beginner script, AI set to 5). It's complicated, but so worth it. If you try to play it like a normal RTS, you'll lose. Horribly.

AI: War. New changes with the new expansion are very cool. Attack of the B-Team (minecraft) with some friends.

Eyeing XCOM on sale. I'm told I would like it, since I dig tactical RPG's.
