This not really that shocking, but I appreciate the honesty.
"Wine is not supported"
Was what you got with their last anti-cheat than some smart guy hacked around it.
They clearly really really don't want to support Linux.
It's just that it's really hard not to support Linux(especially as a browser based game), so they've failed multiple times.
This is by the way a two sided sword, because they have such shit Linux support Linux players will start trying hacking around their restrictions and sharing what they find, enabling cheaters.
A good example is Roblox itself.
At first they had "Wine isn't supported"(and cheats). Than someone made a complete open source and custom alternative client.
Than someone merged a patch in Wine. Than they dropped this.
Now they once again believe they've got a tool that can stop Linux users.
Lets see.

They're trying to do something that full blown governments struggle to do.
Trustworthy international financial services.

I only see 3 real solutions to this issue they could try.
1. Find 1+ less scammy open source projects providing crypto wallets and just make theirs the only ones on your store.
2. one build the wallet yourself and make it the only one on your store.
3. obtain the cd containing the program personally at the producer's house and inspect their id-cart.

3 is basically how it is done for every individual intra european banking customer, which also shows its weakness. This is the level the EU checks consumers not banks. Snap simply doesn't have the recources to do that for proprietary apps.

Supporting SIM cards is sadly one of the still missing frontiers for FOSS devices.
There've currently to my knowledge been just two shots at fixing that.
One is still ongoing, but too closed for tinkerers to benefit(openran).
The other failed(bruce perens side project).

I'm surprised. Why would you think there could be a problem for Linux on that front?

The middle class of gaming devices competes on ease of use.
The higher class of gaming devices competes on performance.
Linux has both.
Wine had to give up both to obtain better compatibility.
Wine's still a lot of jumps removed from regaining that.
Every day they come closer, but the distance is big.

The problem with that kind of questions has always been that the answer seems simple, because it looks like "can anybody Z XXXXXX in Y" and the answer is within computers basically always yes, but it's acctually "can I Z XXXXX in Y", which requires knowledge about the person asking the question you probably don't have.
The best answer I've found to such questions is in the trend of:
"Some people can do it look [proof].
Whether or not you can do it depends how much you understand of [underlying concept]."
