Hope Wayland is in better shape than it is now... But for Ubuntus, LTS are always the best to have stable experience.

RX 7600 XT is probably a good card, but in 128bits, the memory bandwidth will be a problem for its 16GB VRAM...

Nevertheless, an official cheat engine is a better way to block in online games, they known what runtime should be blocked.
