Quoting: TheSHEEEPGood choice, IIRC it uses HALL sensors too, seems to be well recommended my Elite/SC players.Quoting: pete910This one:Quoting: TheSHEEEPOrdered my HOTAS a few days ago. What you got ?
Time to wait...
Personally have a warthog, With the 3 patch out I will give X4 another go.

Didn't really want to go for the most expensive ones as I don't know how much I'll actually use it.
But that one reportedly works well on linux, and seems to be "good enough" quality, so I guess I'll be fine.

I say more like a NV driver issue or AMD/Intel would have had to do same.

How you come to that conclusion when it's fine on AMD in linux.
Think you need to take the tin foil off

Quoting: Alm888:dizzy:Added a workaround for Linux Steam Play title DOOM Eternal, which overrides application requested memory locations…Wait, WHAT?!
In other words, "DOOM Eternal" has instructions to specifically place resources in system RAM instead of VRAM if ran on Linux? I mean, Windows® users do not encounter the "resources are in RAM" issue, that mean developers deliberately wrote the application to misbehave on Linux. That's a sabotage!

I think what's helped is there's a good few of us that have fairly hefty PC's and a couple at the top that are probably on HEDT/Server grade hardware.
:D

Quoting: scaineThat's us broken into the top 2000 contributors, world-wide. Which is pretty crazy given that we're a 1% niche of the video gaming industry.:dizzy: :O

Quoting: scaineAm happy as i've passed liam :PQuoting: scaineJust to note - we're at 3799 of 241330!Quoting: Liam DaweOur team now actually shows up. We're ranked currently 12,516 of 238,810.I left my GPU running last night, only to wake up this morning to a jump from 600 points (two jobs on my CPU) to 137k!!
The team is now visible with detailed stats too: https://stats.foldingathome.org/team/245680 [External Link]
My GPU runs at 82 degrees when it's folding - roughly the equivalent of playing a AAA game. But the loads it takes are worth much, much more than the loads my CPU is assigned. Very impressive!
