Quoting: kingofrodeoI'll be taking the cynical approach. Since the $1.1 million is almost 100% certain, I won't fund the project and only will buy when the game is indeed released for Linux.Exactly my thoughts too :)
Seriously there's zero advantages for a Linux gamer back this project. So why not let the Windows players take all the risk and fund the game for us? ;)
What are you playing this weekend?

Also you can never know when your provider fucks up and some regions just have mobile Edge connections #Germany Internet Neuland.
Just yesterday it happend that the internet was unstable for some reason, pc and router was ok so it was not my fault. With always on DRM I would have probably rage because usually the game is paused or you can restart from checkpoint. Sorry but I'll pass on that kind of fun.

Quoting: lucifertdarkI have to ask the people complaining about the always on thing, do you switch your internet connection off when you play a game? No? So what's the real problem?First there is two kind of DRM system I won't support and that is always on and "you can install your game just 3 times".

I sure Liam still remembers my little city with castle on the old GoL Minecraft server, well I have already rebuild that on a Minetest server :P
