As a very big Linux-friendly company is invalved it might indicate a Vulkan port.

Quoting: ZekThePenguinI can remember getting her impaled many times, not a fan of QTE but it went mostly well for me.Quoting: ziabiceI already downloaded the Windows version to do comparisons and blame AMD or Feral or both.No joke! It took me so long to get past the damned river rapids!
That said, those damn QTE are capable of ruining a very good game.

Quoting: scaineAnd then find the PoolSize=10 line and change it to something more reasonable, such as 256.Poolsize issues are quite common with the Feral ports (Spec Ops: The Line eg.), though it is not too hard to get appropriate values by the command line, as described above. Why are the sizes set to values which don't even come near to the minimum settings (1024/4=256>>10) ?
XCOM 2 is so popular it has beaten the all time peak player count of a number of games

Congratulations to the publisher, dev and Feral especially. XCOM 2 is indeed very successful as it has outdone the predecessor by astonishing 500%.
One has to point out that it made it to the top three most played games (on Steam) at the moment, which is very hard to achieve for an non-Valve title.

Quoting: TheBossBetter they do 2 good ports for the price for one bad, hopefully they didn't invest too many man-hours on reviewing the code.Quoting: Xpandergreat! was shit for windows also at least according to media around itMy thoughts exactly, Feral will live on and their name won't get tarnished by working on an already terrible game.
Feral can now concentrate to other projects :)

I would suggest you do a competition, as there is much interest.
All participants should submit a minute or so of a game review of their choice (on Linux ofc).
