Well, another Unity-game with included and enforce telemetry.

Croteam will have an interesting talk at GDC this year about game performance

Quoting: Comandante ÑoñardoI support Croteam because they support Linux, but I hate their marriage with Valve.
Easy as that: Stop supporting until they go full DRM-free. :)

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire delayed until May

Please keep in mind: The Unity-framework is used for "Pillars of Eternity" and there is no way beyond sending telemetry unasked throughout the net when playing.

Just some more advertising for a proprietary platform. But hey: Hands up for more pragmatism. :P

Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition release date announced for March 27th, day-1 Linux support

Waiting better for the final release when there is REALLY a note about GNU-Linux. For now only "Windows" and "Mac" are listed. And of course GOG seems not on the list: I don't know what is far more worse ... the false promise of GOG.com to care for GNU-Linux or the way they treat customers on this system?

A Linux version of Heretic-inspired FPS 'AMID EVIL' is planned

Well another proprietary game on a proprietary platform with most type DRM and last but not least advertising proprietary tools like "Discord"! Thanks but no. :D

Ion Maiden, a new 3D Realms FPS has launched in Early Access with Linux support

System requirements remind me being better far away from this game, because the BUILD-Engine is approved and used with far more older hardware without problems. So why buying this one? There would be even the possibility to be released "free as in freedom" for eduke32, just as an example. Even better as complete libre project? Won't happen, so I'd stick to the known titles. :D

When looking at the hardware requirements it seems bit overdriven at all and that there is no further interest in good optimization. So, thanks but NO! Wrong way and looking at the times back then when there was even not that "big hardware" at all the games were more playable and better than today.

Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy is out with Linux support, mod tools and constant patched improvements
27 Feb 2018 at 8:46 pm UTC

Thanks for the feedback: I've bought the game and it is not working on a system with Intel Ivybridge as graphics interface. The support itself shows the "normal" feedback for not willing to help with real open and libre drivers on an derivate of Arch Linux. That was my last action in combination with GOG as a real unfriendly help for Linux! No need for more proprietary hardware working out for this game.

Which engine is used? Is this a Unity-title with integrated telemetry or a real port to Linux without those unneeded integrals?
