Desura to more clearly label third-party DRM

Good, I am glad they are taking that small but useful step it's not much to ask after all really now is it to list if a product has DRM.
I have been waiting on this new design for quite some time now since Scott first told me about it, I really hope it works better as Desura's current home page is awful, personally I think their Games Page [External Link] serves as a better home page than their current one.
While we are at it, I hate their comment system with the weird tree view with comments all out of place, I much prefer the standard one after the other.

Quoting: redstar427I am curious is you bumped your Planetary Annihilation up to Alpha, as it will start in 2 weeks. Of course, probably Alpha will only be multiplayer because I think the AI won't be done to play against the computer until Beta.Afraid not, I really wish I could but I'm totally broke so I am afraid GOL won't do much covering until it hits Beta unless some rich patron chucks us $30 to upgrade to the Alpha :P

The game itself is odd, not something I think I will personally spend much time on.

Quoting: s_dAlso DRM-free on the Humble widget [External Link], apparently! That's what I noted ;)
Little Inferno [External Link] the new game from the designers of World of Goo is now out for Linux if you check your Humble Store pre-order pages for it, it should list Linux.Hehe.

They really need to improve that dialog box to just tell you that at least.

Quoting: OliI can't seem to run the executable. I unzip the files, then when I double-click it, I just get told that there is no application application installed for executable files. Also running Ubuntu 13.04 =/You need to make it executable, right click -> properties -> check allow executing file as program.

Either way World of Goo is one of the games that I have truly never had a problem with.

Quoting: HamishI have a more academic question - what actually attracted you to this website? I am not asking to try and dispute your complaint by this, but I am genuinely curious why someone would go onto a website that honestly believes in Linux games just so you can try and write them off. You are entitled to express that opinion, but I am a bit at a loss why you bothered to be here in the first place. Its going to either be a user who got frustrated or a troll...
