Quoting: jensI'm curious about the steam play vs wine usage :)
PS: The summary of my pc info as displayed in the OP does not yet seem to include the steam play question.
Done.
Quoting: ScooptaHey Liam. Just a little bug report for you. This page doesn't render the current status of the new Proton question. Not sure if you're already aware of that or not.
See above :P

Quoting: EhvisThis game is f2p, has no dlc and does not have "in-app purchases" specified. How is this funded?
That's odd, not sure how the steam features system works. It does have in-game cosmetics, just like Fornite. I poked them [External Link] about it.

It wasn't always free to play, so likely something that just slipped through.

Quoting: BeamboomThis is the dev that was "open" for Linux support after release, right? Let's hope that openness is still there also after Steam Play...
While I can't go into real specifics, as far as I know it's not happening due to middleware that is not available on Linux. While sad, they never committed to a Linux version (ever) and we're still too small to expect a developer to completely re-do something just for us. It's a reminder to pick fully cross-platform stuff from the start of course, but it's free to play so eh this is a nice compromise.

Quoting: MayeulCLiam, it seems the website has issues with the comments area, at least on Firefox Android. The smileys cover everything.
Just checked, don't see the issue, can you screenshot and report in the bugs area of the forum please.

Quoting: liamdaweOkay, I've sent them a message to let them know.

Did it work with the launch option?
-screen-height 1080 -screen-width 1920
Yes this works too.
I removed my settings and tried it. Without Startoptions it does not launch. With -screen-height 1080 -screen-width 1920 it does!
Great, I've added a note in the article.

Quoting: tuubiI remember my young nephew was extremely disappointed after getting this game as a gift and then bumping into a game breaking bug quite a bit into the game. Something to do with hang gliders or parachutes if I remember correctly. He played on Windows of course, and quite a while ago. Hopefully that has either been fixed or doesn't trigger on Proton or your hardware.
I looked it up a little first and so far we've not hit a single bug users have mentioned from Windows on Linux. Seen quite a number of people saying it crashed a lot, we put many multiple hours into it and it's been lovely.
