Project Cars 2 now has a trailer, with no mention of their promised Linux/SteamOS support

In this case it's also very important to highlight developers who claim they will support Linux and do not deliver on that. Otherwise, it's letting them get away with it.
Edit: And I'm not sure what you mean by "continuous", this is only the second time anyone here has covered PC2.

Quoting: elbuglioneI don't understand why continuous mention of this game on GameonlinuxWe cover everything possible that claims it will support Linux.

The online requirement is likely part of the game itself, not a Denuvo-thing. Since some of it syncs with their servers for the latest targets, that's likely part of the reason. Still, even so, it shouldn't need to be online all the time, nor fail anything if it cannot sync. Hopefully it won't affect people too much.

Quoting: BeamboomI don't cover everything I'm sent, some honestly go right in the "sin bin" for showing all the signs of being completely pants.Quoting: liamdaweOut of the 800 Linux-supported games I own on Steam, there really aren't that many terrible ones. I just don't make a habit of buying or testing things that have telltale signs of probably being bad.But you're given keys too, by random indie devs on a regular basis? That would be a catastrophy to the greatness ratio on my account. :)

Quoting: Purple Library GuyOut of the 800 Linux-supported games I own on Steam, there really aren't that many terrible ones. I just don't make a habit of buying or testing things that have telltale signs of probably being bad.Quoting: BeamboomYou got SEVERAL hundred games for Linux on your account, and 99% of them are what you would describe as GREAT? OK sounds like you're easily pleased then, I must say.Well, yeah, but he's a pro--games is what he does, he talks to game people (both developers and critics) constantly and so on. Probably it's partly that he gets better information before he buys and so only ends up with games that are genuinely to his taste.
I got around 200 games now I guess (don't remember exactly), and I can easily say 10% are a pure waste of time, 40% mediocre, the rest being what I'd describe as "quite good" or higher. The ones I'd say are "great" would be maybe 15-20%. And that's after I've done a decision on what to purchase.
I mean, let's be honest about the quality ratio here.
Anyway, 3000, woot! and stuff. It does seem like just a couple of months since 2000, this is getting ridiculous.

Fun fact: When I was a Windows gamer the majority of it was Call of Duty with 2 or 3 others, Linux gaming change me, it opened my eyes to a world of different genres!
Half-Life 2 so far seems better in every way to Half-Life, even better with this free graphical update standalone mod of it! :)

Quoting: wojtek88Unfortunately I'm almost never able to join the livestream for various reasons and won't be able to join this time as well. But I'm interested in you opinion Liam regarding Half-Life 2 and also your history with Half-Life franchise. Did you play first one through? If so - when did you do it? Why haven't you finish Half-Life 2 before? What do you think about Half-Life one? What do you think about Half Life 2?I had never finished even the first Half-Life until it came to Linux!
I look forward for the answers and whish you great livestream!
