Heh, yeah I saw this. That is overkill for 99% of people. At least mine was pointing out something more realistic people might want :)

Interesting stuff though.

Damn Liam, back at it again with the bragging.
I guess that was a bit of fun and not a dig at me? As it wasn't bragging

Quoting: rcritHey, nice. I reported the movies not working issue. Tech support blew me off with "try re-installing your video driver". Glad it got fixed.
Their support team has a script they make me go through every time I report an issue, it can be rather annoying.

Added link to OGG as requested, the audio embed will also use it if you don't have MP3 codecs installed now. Thanks to madmachinations for supplying it.

Edit: I also changed the address of the files, will leave the original MP3 in place for a day or so to allow anyone who is streaming it atm to finish it.

Quoting: Mountain ManBeing allowed to disable another post-processing effect could also lead to a small performance increase. I know disabling film grain and motion blur smoothed performance for me.
I imagine there might be a boost, but it would probably be quite small. Might be more noticeable on the Linux client though.

Quoting: wojtek88Liam, does it mean you play in front of monitor, not in front of TV? Why? :(
My TV is only 1080p and is not linked to my main PC. My TV is also used for other things like my Steam Machine and is over the other side of the room and many other reasons.

Quoting: MyeulCLooks really nice and sturdy. And way cheaper than the other ones I saw, too.
Would you mind adding a closeup picture of the clamp, to get an idea of how it if attached, please?

Yeah I can try and get a good picture of it.

Quoting: Mountain ManThe worst part is that the developers aren't even willing to admit that there's a performance issue in the Linux version.
Indeed, bit of a shame. They stopped replying to me once I told them there was an issue.
