This game reminds me of "Jack Keane". An older pirate adventure with similar visuals.

Feral have released the minimum and recommend system requirements for Mad Max on Linux
18 Oct 2016 at 2:19 pm UTC

System requirements
... SteamOS 2.0
... Nvidia ... (driver version 367.35)
That doesn't really fit. Unfortunately SteamOS Nvidia drivers are still at version 367.27.
So it would be interesting to know what kind of problems we can expect with the older driver?

Very disappointing news. The statement on reddit sounds more like they having technical difficulties rather than they dropped Linux in general. Now we can just sit and wait like we always do. I hope things will work out in the end.

Oh, hat looks nice and this a type of game I really like. And we don't have much of these. I hope the gameplay can keep up with graphics. Developers seem to be very committed to the Linux version. Will probably go for it.

Quoting: PerkeleenVittupWithout watching the trailer yet, its something along the lines of Star Wars: Starfighter or Rogue Squadron rather than X-Wing Alliance / Wing Commander (III-IV)
Rogue Squadron! Oh, I loved that game! That was so much fun to play.

Rocket League updated for SteamOS & Linux, AA now works, FPS no longer locked to 60

Quick side note. Recently before the Linux release some people mentioned in the comments that it is to late for a release and players already have moved on to other games.
When taking a look at http://steamcharts.com/app/252950 [External Link] you can see that the number of average players with almost 30.000 has come to an all time high in the last 30 days. So this game is pretty much alive.
