Looks to be based off the "ultimate edition" version, so think I'll be waiting for a sale as the differences seem kinda minor
Did Microsoft not give you a free upgrade to this on what ever platform form you had Ultimate Edition? I had it on Xbox so they gave me the upgrade to Reloaded via a code in my messages.

Portal: Revolution drops Native Linux support to focus on Proton

TBH its the better choice.. I have plenty of Native Linux games that no LONGER work native out the box but swap proton on and works great.. also have TONS of native ports that run MUCH better in proton then native.. I am of the mind set IDGAF how my games work on Linux I just want the best performance I can get and hate to burst the purest die hards most the time proton has the least amount of breakage over time and performs much better then native games

@Cyril pretty sure its a non issue as quite sure end users can add the permission for gamescope as I have had gamescope working in flatpak... Just ANOTHER case of this dev overblowing issues.. TBH someone just needs to fork Duckstation and leave this guy in the dust.. and the issue about app submission on flathub is a NON issue again because they have it setup that way to prevent malicious software from being submitted is one of the MANY reasons. Theres a reason there are so many malicious apps on google play

Just package it for flatpak officially and be done.. let it be known anything outside flatpak is NOT supported.. and go a step further do what bottles does and make packagers put a disclaimer in the non flatpak packages!

I am well past the phase of dual booting just for a few games .. sorry if your game doesn't support Linux and most certainly to have such a anti-Linux take I will ignore your game.. No game is worth me having Winblows on my PC anymore even though couple games I miss alot and will play again if they ever enable their anti-cheat for Linux.
