Fun game, I played it a few years back. It's essentially underwater Metroid, for anyone wondering.

This game is really great. I've played nearly 15 hours over the weekend and I'm loving every minute of it. I've got it running maxed (except motion blur, because yuck) at 1440p with the Ultra HD textures DLC and for the most part I can keep it VSYNCed at 60 FPS with my i7-4790K (@4.7 GHz) and Titan X and it runs smooth as butter. There are moments where it will stutter or freeze for a second, probably loading textures, but those moments are very rare (I've only noticed it a handful of times in the entire 15 or so hours I've played). I guess the ridiculous VRAM on my overpriced card finally paid off for something. :P

I started downloading this yesterday afternoon, this morning before I left for work it was at 84%. Granted, a good chunk of that time I purposely limited the download speed of Steam so that I could watch TI5 without buffering issues. It will surely be done when I get home.

Praise be 8 pound 6 ounce infant newborn Jesus! I probably won't get to play it today because of all the downloading I'll have to do when I get home and limiting my DL speed so that I can watch TI without buffering, but I'm so hyped to play this over the weekend!

Well, I've done quite a bit of puzzling recently; I finished Portal Stories: Mel a couple weeks ago and I'm currently going through The Talos Principle: Road to Gehenna, but I could go for more puzzling in the near future.

I just hope it's an actual release, rather than an announcement. I mean, if they add yet another game to the radar that's cool, but I kind of want a game I can actually play now more than yet another game floating just out of reach in the nebulous future.
