As it seems there isn't a .dll or .exe within the script. Can anyone try it with the native version? I really want to play this one without VR nonsense natively.

Quoting: mylkaThe Inner World Linux Version does not work at all. You need Proton.

Hah, I remember the name of Malice from somewhere. I am delighted to see both Malice and Shrak works fine with modern source ports such as QuakeSpasm Spiked.

No, they promised native Linux support, nothing less is acceptable. Video game development is a business, not charity. "We promised you apple tart but decided to not bother, here take an apple instead and don't cry" should never be the norm.

QuoteAs far as I can see, they've still been pretty silent about the Native Linux support that was mentioned on the original crowdfunding campaign. A lot has changed since then though. Hopefully it will work okay in Proton if they're no longer doing that.

Well, I don't have "played on more than one device" section probably because I exclusively play on Linux. B-)

Quoting: ElectricPrismI guess I forgot what I read and later bought this game, then Proton + Steam Deck throws error "Can't set view-port"
I could go through the effort to make it run, but then I have hundreds of titles and the idea of spending money and not having something work is bad service -- I hope they get it sorted out -- with the tens of thousands of other games that play on Proton just fine -- they should get this sorted.
I never played this before so I'm not nostalgic, it just looked like fun and reminiscent of a time period where games were really difficult & rewarding.
