It could be a secret project from Aspyr Media, Feral Interactive or other well known game porters. We haven't heard anything on it though.

I thought you guys know which one is a secret project from Apyr. If I remember correctly, Liam had mentioned something about that, a month or two ago?

I don't care, I only hope it will bring more game developers and people on that platform. Perhaps it won't be clear at start but with masses, Linux will also gain more recognition. So Valve hurry up!

Yeah, GTA 5 could be the reason, but I love the game and I hope that one day will hit the Linux/SteamOS too.

But imagine percentage if HL3 would be only announced as exclusive for SteamOS/Linux. I guess Linux would immediately swap positions with mac. :D

Tell Blizzard You Want Linux Support In Their Games

Since the Starcraft 2 battles are the most popular streamed matches in game industry, I belive there is a big love between Valve and Blizzard and chance of porting their games to SteamOS (Linux). As it was already mentioned and Newell himself has publicly announced on GDC that Blizzard is one of the supporters of Vulkan, so I belive there is a big chance to see Starcraft 2 on Linux. Otherwise it doesn't make much sense at all with Valve attempts to stream the public battles, if SteamOS doesn't get a piece here.
